Grounded in extensive experience in academic medicine leadership, as well as lessons learned from a multi-year study of academic medicine leaders, Cherri Hobgood, MD, envisioned a new and more impactful way of contributing to the field of healthcare. As a result of this discovery, Cherri changed the course of her healthcare career and founded a healthcare leadership consulting and coaching organization, Hobgood’s Center for Leadership Life (CLL).

This center is a place where leaders achieve hospital culture change and empower women in healthcare leadership. Our offerings specialize in succession planning in healthcare, career advancement and leadership skills for women in healthcare, doctor burnout prevention, and so much more.
